Conditions Of Entry
The following Conditions Of Entry apply to all patrons attending events at the Astor Theatre Perth.
1. Astor Theatre Perth reserves the right, for safety and security purposes, to:
(a) Inspect and search bags, regardless of size, of all patrons when entering or within Astor Theatre Perth. This may include touching the outside of the bag, visual inspection of the inside of the bag, and / or seeking assistance of the bag owner to remove items from the bag; and
(b) Conduct personal checks of all patrons when entering or within Astor Theatre Perth. This may include ID checks, pat down searches and/or wanding.
(c) Patrons not allowing any of the above checks to take place will be refused entry to Astor Theatre Perth.
(d) Any patron refused entry to Astor Theatre Perth or evicted from Astor Theatre Perth will not be entitled to any refund or reimbursements of any costs.
Restricted and/or Prohibited Items:
2. Patrons and Ticket Holders are not permitted to bring the following restricted and/or prohibited items into Astor Theatre Perth:
(a) Glassware, glass bottles, spray cans.
(b) Alcoholic beverages.
(c) Illegal substances, including illegal drugs.
(d) Food and drinks other than that purchased at Astor Theatre Perth.
(e) Flares, fireworks, weapons, explosives, smoke cannisters or smoke bombs.
(f) Laser devices or pointers.
(g) Knives, weapons, other dangerous or hazardous items.
(h) Pets or animals, other than assistance dogs.
(i) Folding chairs or stools.
(j) Cameras and or recording devices.
(k) Poles, including metal flag poles, extendable flag poles and / or flag poles capable of being used as a weapon.
(l) Oversized banners and flags which are deemed to cause public nuisance.
(m) Musical instruments and noise makers, including whistles, hooters, horns, air-horns, drums, and vuvuzelas.
(n) Confetti or shredded paper.
(o) Balloons or other inflatable items.
(p) Scooters, roller skates, skateboards, segways and push bikes.
(q) Electronic cigarettes (e-cig or e-cigarettes), personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or other battery powered vaporisers are not permitted to be consumed anywhere in Astor Theatre Perth.
(r) Eskies and bags of larger dimensions that are unable to be stored under the seats.
(s) Advertising, sponsorship, promotional, or other marketing materials, including without limitation clothing, accessories and/or literature, which is intended to be offered for sale and /or other means of distribution.
(t) Other items as determined by Astor Theatre Perth that may cause damage, harm or public nuisance.
Alcohol & Illegal Drugs:
3. Patrons entering Astor Theatre Perth are advised that:
(a) Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs cannot be brought into Astor Theatre Perth, any patron caught doing so will be refused entry or evicted from Astor Theatre Perth.
(b) Checking procedures will apply to prevent patrons from entering Astor Theatre Perth with alcohol or illegal drugs.
(c) It is an offence under the Liquor Control Act to bring any alcohol into, or remove alcohol from Astor Theatre Perth. Any breach of this condition will result in the patron being evicted from Astor Theatre Perth.
(d) It is an offence under the Liquor Control Act for a minor (under 18 years of age) to purchase alcohol, or for any other person to supply alcohol to a minor. Any breach of this condition will result in the patron / patrons being evicted from Astor Theatre Perth.
5. As a minimum for entry to Astor Theatre Perth patrons must be appropriately clothed for a public space and must wear shoes at all times.

6. Astor Theatre Perth reserves the right to update, modify or change these Conditions Of Entry at any time.
